My approach
My approach to how I practice is pretty easy, in that I accept all clients as individuals. I work to ensure you all feel comfortable and safe in the therapy room and that you feel able to explore anything you wish to.
If you are in another part of UK or are unable to attend for therapy at my practice I offer online working via doxy.me.
What can be expected throughout therapy in general
The first session is always an initial consultation and this is carried out remotely. This is a 30-minute opportunity for us to meet, and then to explore what you’re wanting to change and why, what you want from me and how I practice. We discuss what I can do for you and, most importantly, to give you a chance to ask any questions and tell me anything you want to tell me.
During that session we will have discussed a way forwards and what therapy you would like, and we will then follow that over subsequent sessions.
