I offer a variety of different therapies and approaches in my practice including Counselling, BWRT, Hypnotherapy, EFT & Coaching. I’ve discovered that the more I learn, the better the therapist I am as the more I can adjust how I work to suit you, my client.
When someone first comes for the initial consult, we would discuss what it is that you’re looking for, what I can offer, what I think may be useful and then work together on how to move forwards with whatever it is that you are struggling with.
